YXD type confectionery ovens
When choosing a confectionery oven, we must pay attention to several important things. Let’s start with the medium – electric or gas? Depending on what production we are focused on, we decide on 6 kW for the minimum demand or 32 kW – maximum. It is worth remembering the savings that can be obtained by ideally matching the needs for wear.
The second most important thing is the size of our new machine. If you do not have too much space, it is best to choose the 1-chamber option with two sheets, 140x94x50. Large production with a 3-chamber furnace with 12 sheets needs much more space, e.g. 220x94x180.
